Our Journey
Apple Industries Limited was incorporated in 2008 with a clear ambition – to build an-integrated steel manufacturing business in South India, anchored in the steel hub of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
We commenced production of Sponge Iron in 2010. We added MS Billet production in 2012. We commissioned our 12 MW captive power plant in 2016 — today extended to 13.5 MW with an additional 15 MW solar power through PPA. And in 2023, we made our rolling mill fully operational, completing the integrated chain from iron ore to ready-to-dispatch TMT bar.
Our manufacturing facility is spread across 82.96 acres of land acres land area at D. Hirehal Village, Anantapur District. The location was chosen for a reason — it sits at the heart of South India’s steel cluster, with direct proximity to iron ore mines and short-haul connectivity to major ports. That decision has compounded for 16 years.
From a single kiln to 15,000 tonnes per month of TMT bars. From Rs 99 Crore in turnover in FY 2021-22 to Rs 700 Crore in FY 2025-26. The growth has not been accidental. It has been engineered.

Until recently, the bulk of our TMT bar production has moved through agreement-based partnerships – we earn the conversion margin from billet to bar, and our partners manage the brand.
That changes from this year.
Apple Industries Limited is now moving to direct sales to builders, contractors and infrastructure developers – and building a structured dealer and distributor network across South India. We are not chasing volume. We are building a brand that procurement managers and project engineers can specify with confidence.
